10. Account & Data Deletion

How to request deletion: In the Crowdifai app, go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This submits an account deletion request.

What happens next: Your account is deactivated immediately upon request and can no longer be used to log in. The underlying personal data is fully erased within 30 days.

Data deleted: profile information, uploaded content and annotations, communication data, and account credentials.

Data retained after deletion: invoices and billing records are kept for 6 years as required by German commercial and tax law (HGB/AO). This data is stored separately and used only for legal and audit purposes.
